Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Bufferly, provided by Bufferly. By creating an account or using Bufferly, you agree to them. Questions: the email address shown in your account settings.

1. The service

Bufferly lets you connect social media accounts, plan and schedule content, publish it, collaborate with a team, and view basic analytics. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

Keep your password secure, and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including what teammates you invite do there.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorise Bufferly to publish on your behalf. You must have the right to manage that account, and you must follow the rules of each platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest). Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, which can affect what Bufferly can do. We are not responsible for the platforms themselves.

4. Your content

You own the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service, for example to publish it to the accounts you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Bufferly for spam or misleading content, harassment, illegal content, infringing others' rights, or trying to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans and payment

Some features may need a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown in the app. You can change or cancel a plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Bufferly is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee that every post will publish on time, because networks can reject or delay posts. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use Bufferly means you accept the updated terms.
