Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Bufferly at any time. Choose what you want to delete:

Delete everything (your whole account)

  1. Log in to Bufferly and open Settings.
  2. Under Delete account, confirm with your password.

This immediately deletes your account, connected channels and their access tokens, posts, drafts, media and ideas. Backups roll over within 30 days.

Remove one connected account (e.g. a Facebook Page or Instagram account)

  1. In Bufferly, open Channels.
  2. Click Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted immediately.

If you used “Log in with Facebook / Instagram”

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
  2. Find Bufferly and click Remove. This stops Bufferly from accessing your account.
  3. To also delete the data we already stored, delete your Bufferly account as above, or email us (below).

Ask us to delete your data

Email the email address shown in your account settings from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
